Refund and Returns Policy

At Sharkie Golfing Co, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring that every purchase will surpass your expectations. If the items are in new condition with original tags, we gladly accept returns or exchanges, excluding final sale merchandise. Please note that returned items should not be washed or altered and must be free from any strong odors. It is important to mention that we cannot accept returns for items bought from third-party retailers.

We provide Free Returns & Exchanges for all domestic orders. Please find detailed information regarding our policy on returns and exchanges below:

Product Return 

To receive a refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of order placement. Sharkie Golfing will provide a Free Return Shipping Label for domestic orders. We cannot offer free return labels for international orders (outside of the USA). 

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the purchase. If you bought an item as part of a discounted offer (e.g., buy 1, get the 2nd one for 10 off) and you decide to return only one item, the purchase will no longer qualify for the discount. Please note that all items marked as final are not eligible for return.

Once we have received the returned merchandise, a full refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued to the payment account used during the purchase. Please allow up to three business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Product Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, products purchased from Sharkie Golfing Co. should be returned within 30 days of the order date. For the initial exchange (per order number), we will supply a Free Return Shipping Label and offer 

Free Shipping for the replacement item for domestic orders. We don’t provide free exchange labels for international orders (outside of the USA).

Please allow a maximum of three business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we have processed the returned merchandise, we will send the replacement and notify you via email.
